Nodu raised EUR 1.25 million from venture capital fund Digital Space Ventures, an investment firm founded in 2015 and based in Luxembourg, and an early backer of fintech companies including Revolut and PaySend., and Venture Faculty team is proud to share that it has been the legal advisor throughout the investment process.
Nodu offers a prebuilt compliance and payments framework for stablecoins, allowing clients to integrate digital assets into their existing payment flows. The platform automates key checks and regulatory reporting, helping institutions send, receive, and hold stablecoins with an experience comparable to traditional fiat transactions. The new funding will support Nodu’s international expansion, growth of its engineering and compliance teams, and strengthen its partnerships with banks and fintech companies. Over the long term, Nodu aims to connect more than 170 countries into a single payments network, using stablecoins as a bridge across currencies, systems, and markets.
Venture Faculty provided broad legal support, covering term sheet negotiation, transaction documentation and corporate approvals, closing execution, and internal legal structuring within the EU and UK to ensure the investment fully aligned with the group structure and compliance requirements.
“Venture Faculty supported us through the pre-seed round with strong legal expertise and a very practical and founder-friendly approach. They helped structure the deal properly while keeping speed and clarity from start to finish,” / Alex Novozhenov, CEO and Co-founder of Nodu.
